Jacque is the founder and owner of Jacquelyn L. Bernard, LLC and provides over 25 years of experience in­­­ financial software implementation.
Prior to beginning her career in public accounting, Jacque worked in the design of custom accounting software.  After earning her CPA and leaving public accounting, she worked extensively in the design, support and implementation of financial software for a variety of software providers in various industries.  Jacque has specialized in the government contracting industries since 1997. 
 
Jacque currently specializes in Quickbooks and eFAACT accounting software implementations and compliance support for government contracting. She provides consulting services to government contractors in the areas of accounting compliance, DCAA Accounting Systems Review, Incurred Cost Submission, Forward Pricing, Bids, and Proposals. In addition to software implementations, Jacque has led dozens of government contractors through the DCAA Accounting Systems Review Audit.  She works with clients on an on-going basis to provide CFO support services, including accounting software selection, implementation, and designing and documenting processes and procedures.

LINDA PEEBLES, CPA

ACCOUNTING, FINANCE PROFESSIONAL & SOFTWARE IMPLEMENTATION CONSULTANT

Linda has been with Jacquelyn L. Bernard, LLC since 2010 and brings great skill in GAAP, FAR, Incurred Cost Submission preparation, tax preparation, and comprehensive accounting practices.
 
Linda currently specializes in providing support and training to small government contractors who are implementing DCAA compliant software. Linda’s skills and calm, steady demeanor are found to be extremely valuable in preparing clients for accounting system reviews. Linda trains these government contractor clients on various accounting processes, including maintaining accounting records on an accrual basis, cost segregation, payroll processing, and invoicing. She focuses on industry specific requirements such as compliant timekeeping and segregating costs, as well as researching client issues in the Federal Acquisition Regulations.
 
Linda, her husband, and three boys live in the Huntsville, AL area.

Aimee joined Jacquelyn L. Bernard, LLC in 2018.  She has worked in government contracting since completing her accounting degree in 2015.  Aimee brings skills in accounts payable, accounts receivable, account reconciliation, customer invoicing, and payroll. Aimee is great support to Jacquelyn L. Bernard, LLC's clients and team with her joyful spirit and steady work ethic.

KIMBERLY NEELY

BOOKKEEPING & ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT

Kimberly joined Jacquelyn L. Bernard, LLC in 2019 and serves as an administrative professional, providing support to the team and clients. She performs daily administrative and bookkeeping tasks including payroll, timecard management, financial reporting and more. She manages the front desk and supports the team in various tasks to keep the company moving forward.
 
Prior to joining Jacquelyn L. Bernard, LLC, Kimberly worked as a bookkeeper in public accounting, managing Accounts Payable and Receivable, preparing reconciliations, invoicing, tax preparation, and payroll for multiple clients at a firm in Huntsville, AL.
 
Kimberly, her husband, and three children reside in Huntsville, AL.
